Name of the action of pounding clay in Koho language (Krăngọ village)

Ma Ly says the name of the action of pounding clay with a pestle in Koho language. Potters used to hammer clay on the floor. However, since around 1986-1987, people started to pound the clay in helmets, using a pestle (tơrnai). They first used metallic helmet from the American army. Ma Liy’s helmet was taken when she was in Binh Duong province. She now uses any kind of motorbike security helmet (kơ mlu ser in Koho language) to pound clay in.
