Ma Ly says the name of the kernel used to polish pottery in Koho language. The kernel used by the potter is called plai kang (where plai means fruit). However, even with the Vietnamese name (hạt tràm) we could not find to which fruit this name refers. These kernel are found only in the deep forest. Usually people going there for other business would bring her back what they can find.
