Accommodating the hull amidships to the shape of a half-frame

Boat builder Panchanan Mondal (R) uses a wooden lever to press closed the gap between the port hull and one of the half frames fitted amidships, ahead of nailing. In this way, the equal curvature of the central six pairs of half frames will be imposed along the hull amidships. Son Amol (L) drills a nail hole from inboard.
