Adjusting the position of a roof joist

Builder Kwadwo David Manoo has shimmied up a centre post of a wattle frame structure that is being built on the grounds of the Banda Cultural Centre. He is adjusting the placement of a central roof joist in the Y-shaped cleft of the centre wall post that supports it. Joseph Kwaku Frimpong supports the centre post as Manoo shifts the position of the roof joist.
