Balancing the hull after completion of main-hull planking

Boat builder Manimohan Mondal extends a string from the stern survey nail to one of the datums that was marked on the keel at the time of the keel-and-post balancing process. He will use this distance to mark make a chalk mark on the top edge of the tenth strakes, port and starboard. This will be repeated on both sides of the hull for all seven datum points.
