Download (34.6 MB)
Interior view of a Chabu family house from the village of Gobul. On the right side of the house is the sleeping area used by the adult couple of the house. The green vertical blanket divides the space with the rest of the interior. In the floor of the house, and hanging from different poles, there are corncobs, music instruments (lyre and lamellophone), a digging stick, a gathering basket (kante), several blankets, wild edible leaves and a wooden tray (gäbätoy).
