Felt rug is hanged on the wall at Salim Ali's workshop. The pattern on the rug is made with black wool and dyed wool with vibrant pink and orange colour. Patterns are only made on the front of felt rugs. Salim Ali's patterns are inspired by nature of Kurdistan, such as flowers and animals, particularly deer and chukar partridge.
