Nafana mat weaver (deŋglɛ tinfun) Alexander Owusu prepares to begin weaving a new mat. He holds two raffia strand sets, one in his right and one in his left hand. Each set comprises two strands joined at the base, which makes them easier to layer as he adds new strands to the mat. Sabiye, Banda District, Ghana.
