Food-gathering basket

Lateral view of basket with conical shape employed by Chabu women to gather wild fruits and other resources from the forest. The basket is made with two main materials and techniques. First, an interior wooden structure of three branches bent together with an extra one for the rim of the basket. Second, woven vegetal fibres covering all the surface of the basket.
