Khalaf darwesh poses for a photograph at his shop, wearing one of his felt hats. Khalaf Darwesh is from the Jwana tribe who are known for weraing felt hats and having long braided hair on each side. Currently in Sinjar there are only a few men of the Jwana tribe who continue to wear felt hats and have their hair braided.
