Giang Ngọc Xanh is using the machine to powder the clay. Small chunks of clay are introduced in the top of the machine where it’s crushed. Then the powdered clay is blown into the two bags that are closed by big stones or pieces of wood. On this picture we can also see that he just sealed the side of the machine with some fresh clay because dust was blown from there.
