Making the line for the sub-sheer strake, port and starboard

Stern view of the hull showing (R) boat builder Amol Mondal using a pencil and string to mark the cut line on the starboard stern above which the sub-sheer strake (naba dali) will be attached. On the port side (L), the line has already been cut, and boat builder Dilip Mondal uses a chisel to make the rabbet for the hood end of the port sub-sheer strake.
