Manufacturing process of a beer filter or huqu-timis

Surrounded by a group of the village of Akula elders, Jook Tut -the hohuqu-timis or man who weaves a beer filter- holds in his hands a bundle of slender dried stalks from which he will make the warp on which he will weave the body of a traditional Opo beer filter.
