Marking the sub-sheer strake for the fitting of a through beam in the stern

Boat builder Amol Mondal uses a pencil to mark a point on the starboard sub-sheer strake (naba dali) to indicate where a recess should be cut to accommodate a through beam. One mark is made on each side of the through beam, equidistant from the stern post.
