Offering puja to the local deity

The Bargabhima temple of Tamluk, West Medinipur district, West Bengal, which Boatbuilder Amol Mondal visited following completion of construction of the chhot boat. The temple is on the opposite bank of the Rupnarayan river from the boat-build site at Dihimondalghat. It is considered sacred among the boat builders of Dihimondalghat.
