Post-firing of the pots in Kon Tơ Xing village : preparing the bark for the mixture 3/4

Before the firing, Y Gah has to prepare the mixture used for the post-firing process. She has gathered bark from a tree called "tơnung" in Bahnar. She uses a knife, called “tơgăk” , to scrape out the outside of the bark and keeps only the tender part of the tree. It will be soaked in water and splashed on the pots when they are still hot.
