Pottery tools in Buôn Trấp village

In the basket are two different tools : - Two slices of bamboo called knơr. They are used to smooth the outside of the pot with water, both after pre-forming on wet clay and after pre-forming the bottom on leather-hard clay. This action is called queh. - Two bamboo circle : a thin slice of bamboo with both ends tied together, called a kơr. They are used to scrape the inside of the pots.
