Preforming on leather hard clay of cooking pots (trà) in Phù Mỹ village, step 1 : shaping from the inside 4/4- effect of the action on the outside of the pot

These cooking pots (trà) have been left to dry for a whole night. They are already stronger but still plastic. Nguyễn Thị Phương, squatting in front of the drying pots, uses her index finger to smooth the inside of the pot. This action has been carried out on the pot on the left of the picture and not on the one on the right. We can see that the walls, especially the lower part is now more curved.
