Builder Kof Shie sits on the ground as he works to form a moistened earth mixture into irregularly shaped pads that will be added as daub to a wattle roof frame of a structure being built on the grounds of the Banda Cultural Centre. Next to the moistened kneaded earth is a pile of loose earth that will be used to mix and knead additional daub. Several daub balls rest in a head pan, waiting to be carried to the nearby wattle frame. Banda-Ahenkro, Banda District, Ghana.
