Preparing the clay in Quế An village : mixing powdered clay and water (2/6)

The powdered clay as been let to sit with water for a few hours. Now the potter, Võ Thị Sương, mixes it to create soft balls of clay. She mixes the part of powdered clay that are more wet with those where the water has not reach to create homogene balls. She also uses the still dry clay on the floor to prevent the ball from sticking.
