Nyawez Chual, a ritual expert, performs a prayer while spitting blessed water from a ritual gourd bowl on the head of Kong Chual, beneficiary of the propitiatory hunting ritual dedicated to the spirit Ijap, who is kneeling next to the house altar. On it, the ritual expert has supported the blood-soaked spear with which she has made the sacrifice.
