Reed mat

This reed mat is used by Salim Ali during felt-making. The wool is layed on the reed mat, after soapy water is added, the wool is rolled in the reed mat and beaten by feet. The reed mat is made by Salim Ali and his family members, the material which is reed is sourced locally in the nearby surroundings.
