Weaving the apex of a basketry fish trap

The apex (exa-gɔmɛ) of a basketry fish trap (exa) body is formed by a weaving process (exa gɔme lɛlɛ) that bundles bamboo (pamplo ti) sticks between twists of unpounded twisted and dried vine rope (adzɔ).
