Process of beer-making recorded inside an Abu Ramla house (gäd), of the filtering of the dough (buq) with a traditional filter of dom palm leaf fibres (din) to obtain sorghum beer (kea) and pouring of traditional sorghum beer (kea) from a jerrycan to a brewing pot (tsetseb)
