The peeled bark is hung to dry on a rod under the eaves of a house in a place that gets good sunlight, hung upside-down so that the part that was closest to the bulb is up. A few rows may be placed. The bark is turned upside down once, and it normally takes around 5 days or 10 days in the middle of winter to completely dry them.
