Dževad Delić sprinkles some powdered calcite on the board which is placed on top of the wheel. He takes a lump of clay paste and starts to form a ball. He then flattens it on the board on top of the calcite. Dževad measure the diameter to make sure it is the size he wants. He then starts to build up the wall by adding more clay. He does that by first rolling the clay into elongated pieces which are pinched onto the vessel. He is using his left foot to turn the wheel. He uses water and his hands to smooth the vessel and shape it. He then uses a rag dipped in water to smooth it further.
