Mai Kim is polishing a bowl to drink soup (uk ba pay) with a stone. It is the first polishing that takes place just after thinning the walls of the pot. Because the pot is already a bit too dry, she adds a bit of water to make the polishing easier. The action of polishing is called “ɲoh”.
