Firing pottery in Ki’Nonh village : building and lighting the fire

With the help of Hốih Tiến and the interviewers, Potter Bling Thị Thuáh build up the fire around the two pots that will be fired. This firing is only for documentation purpose. The potter indicates that in the past, the firing used to be made together with around 10 to 20 families of potters, gathering around 50 pots. The potter says that the fire was “as large as a house”. The background sound is the rain over the metalic roof, as we were there during the rainy season.
