Lighting up the fire under the pottery kiln in Phù Mỹ village

Nguyễn Thị Phương and Bùi Thị Lệ are lighting the fire under the pottery kiln. The fire is lit before the loading starts. However, it is kept low. The aim is mostly to heat up the structure first and prepare for the pre-fire. Nguyễn Tấn Ánh takes advantages of the fire to make sure that the bottom of the kiln is well covered with pottery sherds. He check the places where he can see the flames through the layer of sherds to add some more. At the same time, Thái Thị Loan brings the pots from the workshop to prepare the loading.
