It may happen that during the previous firing some part of the kiln get damaged. It is this important to maintain the kiln before every firing. It is Nguyễn Tấn Ánh’s task. He is currently securing the wall of the second level of the kiln. He adds a metallic wire all around the wall. He will then add vertical wooden stick to tense up the wire and secure the wall. Note : The wire is not placed at the end of the video because we stopped the recording to help him.
