Making pots in Yang Tao village : elevating the walls

Yo Khoanh pulls out a bit of clay from the centre of the lump and spreads it on the edge to elevate the “walls”. She repeats this operation all around the pot while turning around the support, elevating regularly the walls. Doing so, she elevates the pots while she hollows the initial lump of clay. The higher the intended pot, the higher she will elevate the walls.
