Opening the kiln in Phù Mỹ village

The morning following the firing, Nguyễn Tấn Ánh opens the kiln. He first removes the fired clay that was covering the gaps of the third layer, on the sides and on the top of the kiln. Then, he cleans the walls of the kiln to make them safe to walk on. For the next step, he climbs on the wall of the first layer and removes the broken pots closing the kiln. After that, he will bring baskets and bags on top of the kiln and start taking out the pots.
