Preforming on leather hard clay in Phù Mỹ village, step 4 : scraping the outside of miniature cooking pots (nồi)

The miniature cooking pots have been left to dry for two days in the workshop. They now have a leather-hard consistency. Nguyễn Tấn Ánh takes one of them and places his left hand on the inside, while his right hand scrapes the outside, using the bamboo circular tool (cái khót). This is the only shaping step after drying for the miniature pots.
