Shaping small bowls in Buôn Trấp village

H’Loan Bkrong and H’Lân Êban have open a lump of clay. As they turn around the stand, they presse the edges between their thumbs and fingers to compact the clay and enlarge the opening. When they have created shape of a small bowl, they use their finger and a bamboo stick to smooth the walls of the pot. Finally, they use a wet cloth to shape the rim of the pots.
