Unloading the pottery kiln in Thanh Hà village 1/2

Nguyễn Thị Thủy has opened half of the door of the kiln. She passes the pots to Nguyễn Thị Quốc, who places them on the floor, or in plastic boxes. The buyers takes the pots and pile them up on the road by types of product. To check their quality, they knock it slightly with their knuckles: if the pot echoes, it is good. If not, it means that there is a crack (Broken pots are set aside then disposed of on the bank of the river). The buyers also count the pots of each type and write down the number with a white chalk on the bottom of one pot.
